Checkout monitoring

Formitor places a tiny $0 test order on this store on a schedule, confirms the order completes and its confirmation email is delivered, then deletes the test order. Your store admin is never emailed about it, and no payment is ever charged. Works with WooCommerce (Fluent Cart & SureCart coming).

Create a product priced $0 and hide it from your shop (Private in WooCommerce, Draft in SureCart), then paste its ID here. WooCommerce: the numeric ID appears under Products when you hover a product, or in the URL while editing it (post=123). SureCart: open the product and copy the price ID (or the product ID) — the long UUID in the URL.

The checkout page is health-checked every ~10 minutes (no order). The full order + email test runs on this slower cadence — each one uses up one order number on your store, so it's spaced out on purpose.

SureCart stores only. SureCart sends order emails from its own platform, so a full test order also emails a TEST-labeled "new order" notice to your store's notification recipients each run — Formitor can't suppress it. Leave this off for a silent pipeline probe (no order, no emails); turn it on only if you want full order + email verification and accept the notices. WooCommerce ignores this setting (its test orders are already silent).

Edit site

Display name, logo, and whether this site is featured (pinned near the top).

This permanently removes and all its monitoring history — results, uptime, deliverability, inbox placement, shares and alert destinations. This can't be undone.

Integration verification

Verifies the form's webhook / CRM integration actually delivers. Add the URL below as an extra destination in this form's integration settings (Zapier feed, Fluent/WPForms webhook, Make…). Real leads will ping it — Formitor stores only a timestamp, never the lead — and alerts you if the form keeps receiving leads while the integration goes silent.
